Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Products may ship from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product type. Most items are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at neumesandtunes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
