We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are made to order or delivered digitally, our return policy varies depending on the product.

GENERAL RETURNS

CDs, mugs, and printed booklets are produced on demand, and we are not able to accept general returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at neumesandtunes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or a refund.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital sheet music and downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If you have any difficulty accessing your files, please reach out and we will ensure you receive them.

GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES

Please note that orders containing different product types may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. At this time, we ship only within the United States.
